Gritman Cardiac Rehab Center

$6.50 per session

One of the best ways to strengthen

your bones and prevent osteoporo-

sis is to get regular exercise. Even

if you already have osteoporosis,

exercising helps maintain the bone

mass you have. Join our ongoing

exercise group and improve your
